Can I edit my order after placing it?
You may modify your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at [email protected].
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase with no fee. After 6 hours, your order is in production and cannot be canceled. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the defective item. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
I am missing a product from my order. What should I do?
Your items may be shipped separately. Please check your emails for multiple tracking links. If any product is still missing, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details. We will reply within 2–3 business days.
Fulfillment Errors vs. Customer Errors
If a problem occurs due to our mistake (wrong item, misprint, damage, etc.), we will cover all costs for replacement or refund.
If an issue occurs due to customer error (wrong size, color, or design chosen), we cannot offer exchanges or refunds because all items are made to order.

Will you refund the shipping charges?
If the issue is our fault, we will refund both the product price and original shipping cost.

I have cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If your cancellation was approved within the 6-hour window, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks or payment processors may take an additional 5–10 days to post the refund.

How should I wash and care for my custom printed garments?
To extend the life of your printed garment, please follow these care instructions:
1. Turn inside out before washing.
2. Wash at a low temperature with mild detergent.
3. Do not bleach.
4. Hang dry only. Do not tumble dry.

If your item develops a print issue despite proper care, email [email protected] with a photo within 30 days of delivery. Depending on your case, a replacement or refund may be offered. Requests received after 30 days cannot be accepted.
