1. Shipping Carriers

We currently ship with UPS and USPS, DHL for all U.S. orders.
International orders are shipped via reliable global carriers depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.
We only ship to valid residential or commercial addresses.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Orders placed with invalid or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to sender.

3. Shipping Costs

United States:

  • $5.99 for the first item
  • $3.99 for each additional item

International:

  • From $9.99 for the first item
  • $5.99 for each additional item
  • Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too.

5. Delivery & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.

6. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or holidays).
We will assist you in tracking your shipment but cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.

7. Multiple Addresses

We do not support delivery to multiple addresses in a single order.
If you want to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

8. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Yeehawtee does not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees.
These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Please contact your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will help resolve the issue promptly.
