1. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer. Each item is made to order, so please double check all details size, color, and design before placing your order.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
No fee will be applied if you cancel within this window.
After 6 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation”.
3. Return & Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.
After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the issue is caused by us, including:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect design, color, or size printed compared to your order
- Wrong item or material sent
- Product not as described on the website
4. Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
We cannot accept returns or refunds in these cases:
- Wrong size, color, or design chosen by customer
- Change of mind or no longer want the product
- Items have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Minor issues (loose threads, slight color variation due to lighting/screen display)
- Damage from misuse or improper care
5. How to File a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, email [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- A description of the problem
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Do not send the product back before receiving confirmation and a Return Authorization (RMA).
6. Return Shipping & Refund Processing
- If the issue is our fault, we cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund, including original shipping.
- If the issue is not our fault, returns are not accepted.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the refund.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, contact us within 30 days. We will work with the carrier and either replace or refund your order depending on the case.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal to receive are not eligible for refunds.
9. Return Address
Returns are accepted only to the RMA address provided by our support team.
Unauthorized returns to any other address will not be refunded.
